Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
If an item is on backorder or delayed, we will contact you immediately with an estimated shipping date.
Shipping Carriers
We ship primarily through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best carrier based on your location, order size, and delivery speed. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
Custom-cut glass, special orders, and clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
